Lumberjack Barbershop Rotermann

I visited this barbershop for the first time today, having booked an appointment with a barber who had many positive reviews. I received both a confirmation email and a reminder 2 hours prior. Upon arriving early, I took a seat and waited. To my dismay, I watched the barber I had booked with say goodbye to her colleagues and leave without a word, leaving me unattended. Being new to the shop, I had no idea she was the one I was waiting for. Whether this was an intentional oversight or a system glitch, it felt incredibly disrespectful. The experience left me feeling so undervalued that I won't be returning.Future patrons should be aware that even with confirmation, there's a chance you might be overlooked or ignored.

Roman is the best barber in Estonia. I have been his loyal customer for years. Quality fade every time. He is also really cool guy and we always chat about things. So when he moved to Lumberjack, then I also started to go there. Nice place, nice barbershop. I definitely recommend him.

Bloody shave, long wait and long shave.I came in for a shave, and the lady barber didn't even trim the hair first, she immediately went to taking a blade to me face. Wish I took photos but my face was covered in 10+ bloody cuts afterwards. Would never ever recommend this place, I personally would not even come here for free.This was after waiting, and then the shave itself taking one whole hour.Note: this is a slightly late review as I had this done before and only just remembered to post this.

I am a regular Lumberjack customer. As always, excellent service and a professional haircut for the child! I recommend Natalia and Roman. The best!

I have been a loyal customer over a year. Every time I visit I had to wait 5-10 mins. I thought that was normal. So today, I decided to reach 10 mins late to avoid the waiting time. Guess what? They kept me waiting for another 5 mins and then the owner came on a call (because the staff doesn't speak English) and refused to accommodate me. I even mentioned they can do the shave without the hot towel. Only thing he was considering accommodating was a shave with a shaver. I realized, this business doesn't value me as customer so I chose to walk out. I was overpaying for the service anyways, and I was happily doing so because of my regular hairdresser Julia (who was amazing) who is now back in Ukraine. Probably for the best, will save some money on my weekly shaves as their prices are the highest in the city :)

Roman is able to do impossible as well as answer all questions you have.
