Items despatched free of charge yesterday afternoon and arrived in the UK at 1pm today, very well packaged. Bat and rubbers are made up perfectly, great service and good value with their discounts. This was my first time ordering from TT11. Delivery was prompt, the bat arrived one day ahead of schedule. The bat looked very finely assembled when it arrived, rubber cut to perfection, protective tape applied, everything looked done professionally. Then on my first day of play red rubber showed a tear close to the logo, also started crumbling away at the edges during the play. I took it down to being a faulty sheet. I sent an email with photos to the retailer explaining what happened. Customer service was second to none, I had a chat with Sergei from TT11. Red rubber indeed appeared to be faulty in some way, which was acknowledged by TT11 and another one was sent as a replacement. Thank you Sergei and TT11. I aim to buy more from them in the future.The bat ordered is Tibhar Stratus Power Wood with Xiom Vega Pro rubbers. I quite liked the bat during the play, the combo seemed somewhat fast at first, then slowly I started getting used to it, enjoying the control that comes with what seemed to be an abundance of power (not sure how to explain it exactly). Also the feel of the new rubbers that come with that extra crispness and renewed spin I forgot about due to using old rubbers for a bit too long I guess.

Goods are genuine, delivered quick with original packages and packaging was impressive. Appreciate the free blade lacquering and assembly done. Only flip side was discount on products not presented appropriately on the website since currency options are only in EUR and USD.
