I had scheduled an appointment with this family doctor's office two weeks in advance. Upon arrival at the agreed-upon time, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment. Regrettably, this is the third occurrence of such an oversight at this establishment. Based on these repeated lapses in administrative efficiency, I find it difficult to endorse this office.When I inquired about the possibility of securing an appointment with the family doctor for a fee and even proposed a generous amount of €150, my offer was summarily declined.It is deeply concerning that this facility cannot honor scheduled appointments and demonstrates an evident unwillingness to address issues, even when a patient offers financial compensation for their oversight. The importance of timely medical attention cannot be overstated, and such lapses in service are detrimental to patient care.Furthermore, a two-week waiting period for an appointment seems excessive. In many instances, patients might recover naturally within this timeframe. I am compelled to question the efficacy and purpose of such extended waiting periods at this establishment.
